Vom 13. bis 15. Mai 2026 reiste Bundesministerin Bärbel Bas auf Einladung ihres Amtskollegen Vedat Işıkhan in die Türkei. Neben der Hauptstadt Ankara besuchte die Ministerin auch Gaziantep. Dort traf sie unter anderem mit Vertretern des Deutsch-Türkischen Wirtschaftsvereins TIAD e.V. zusammen.
