The Düsseldorf Table has 15 income groups (€2,100–11,200 net) and 4 age brackets. Table amounts increase with income (+5% per group 1-5, +8% from group 6). Half Kindergeld (€130 for minors) or full Kindergeld (€259 for adults) is deducted. Self-retention protects the payer: €1,450 (employed) or €1,200 (non-employed) for minor children.
